Our Client Organization team based in Geneva is creating a new position a looking for a Senior Director / Client Officer.
Organization description
The mission of the Ipsos Client Organization (CO) is to deliver greater value for our clients and profitable growth for Ipsos. The CO is comprised of senior executives who are focused on i) driving new business and ii) building long-term client relationships by understanding their business context and priorities and then identifying and penetrating the relevant buying points for Ipsos’ broad portfolio of services that address these needs.
Job description:
Drive New Business Development: Initiate and cultivate relationships with new logos and re-engage lapsed clients. Leverage your industry and sector connections effectively, participate in strategic conferences, utilize social media channels, and deeply understand prospective business issues to deliver exceptional business development success.
Ensure client relationship excellence to drive growth: Maintain and enhance relationships with a portfolio of 2-3 top-tier clients. Focus on driving growth and creating value through diversification, identifying new buying points, and exploring new business questions. Collaborate internally with the Chief Client Director to ensure alignment when managing clients at a global level.
Collaborate with Ipsos teams to bring to existing & new clients the best of Ipsos and be the “Voice of the Client” among Ipsos teams.
Key responsibilities:
Overall accountability for:
achieving revenue targets with s set of core clients
diversifying our business with our core clients
achieving revenue targets with prospects and lapsed clients
building, coordinating and managing account plans while ensuring Service Lines collaboration.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 12-years’ experience including:
Client relationship management, preferably including large international clients
Multi-stakeholder relationship management inc. undirect management
Proven revenue generation experience (the position is about generating and winning new opportunities, not about doing)
Knowledge and Technical Skills:
New Business Sales Experience: Demonstrates a proven track record in cultivating business growth with existing clients and successfully acquiring new clients.
Strong relevant network: is connected to range of clients in the industry, with relationships that can be leveraged
Advisory / strategic thinking: ability to elevate discussions at a business & decisions level
Social media Savviness: both to assure that they are seen as senior industry experts and to reflect Ipsos stature and offerings
Detailed understanding of Market Research main solutions (ideally Ipsos Services) to enable opportunity identification so that clients/ prospects feel immediate confidence that they are speaking with a senior and knowledgeable Ipsos representative
