In a modern and structured professional environment, you will be the main point of contact for your client portfolio and will guarantee reliable, compliant accounting.As a Fiduciary Accountant, you will take charge of the complete accounting management of a portfolio of clients.Main missions:- Ensure the complete accounting management of a client portfolio.- Perform data entry, bank reconciliations, and account monitoring.- Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as ad-hoc analyses.- Process supplier invoices and execute payments.- Prepare and establish financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.- Prepare VAT returns and ensure tax compliance.- Perform tasks related to client files and maintain regular, high-quality client communication.- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and their optimization.- Contribute to teamwork and cross-functional collaboration within the firm.Profile sought:- Federal Diploma of Specialist in Finance and Accounting.- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fiduciary firm in Switzerland, with mastery of local specifics (VAT, standards, taxation).- Strong sense of customer service, capable of advising and supporting SMEs.- Proactive mindset.- Excellent command of French, good level of English; German is a plus.- Versatility, very good management of priorities, sense of confidentiality, and high level of integrity.Interested?
