About Our Client
Our client is a PE Fund.
Job Description
- Design and implement HR strategy aligned with the fund's growth and international operations
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention across Geneva and Dubai
- Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Swiss and UAE labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational development and culture
- Lead HR projects including employer branding, DEI initiatives, and leadership development
- Manage cross-border mobility, expatriate contracts, and international HR policies
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services or private equity
- Strong knowledge of Swiss and UAE employment regulations
- Proven track record in building HR functions in international environments
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
- Ability to travel between Geneva and Dubai as needed
