We are looking for a Senior IT Contract & Vendor Manager to lead the lifecycle of strategic professional services agreements within a global technology function. This role combines contract negotiation, vendor governance, and performance optimization across a complex, international ecosystem.

Description

• Design and implement vendor strategies for professional services providers.
• Lead contract lifecycle management: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance.
• Oversee vendor governance, including performance reviews, KPIs, SLAs, and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and technology teams across the group.
• Support data reporting and dashboard development for vendor performance tracking.
• Monitor market trends and identify innovative vendor capabilities.

Profile

• 7-10+ years of experience managing complex IT contracts, ideally in consulting firms ( Accenture, Capgemini, Big 4) or in-house within large international companies.
• Strong knowledge of contract structures, legal and commercial terms, and vendor governance.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal, procurement, and tech teams.
• Experience with RFP/RFI processes and vendor selection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
