Finders SA is looking for an experienced and driven Senior IT Sales Professional to expand their business footprint in the banking and insurance sector.

Your Role

As part of a highly innovative and agile team, you will:

• Acquire new banking/insurance clients and drive long-term partnerships
• Manage and grow existing accounts and projects
• Analyze client needs and collaborate with technical experts to build tailored IT solutions
• Manage sales processes and respond to RFPs
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Promote and consult on the full solution portfolio (software, services, consulting)
• Maintain CRM data accurately and timely

Your Profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT sales with a strong track record in banking or insurance
• Proven experience in selling IT solutions, platforms, or services
• A strong existing network in the financial services industry
• University degree with solid business acumen and digital affinity
• Passion for innovation, digitalization, and client-centric consulting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Independent, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
