Role overview:
The Senior Legal Counsel will support private clients with the legal, structural and transactional aspects of their international assets and projects.
The role will involve legal review, transaction coordination, risk assessment, structuring support, and management of multi-jurisdictional documentation.
This is a senior expert role in a small organisation, requiring autonomy, maturity of judgment and an ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions.
Occasional international travel may be required.
