CONTEXTThe Richemont Group is accelerating its logistics transformation by building and strengthening its logistics capabilities as well as reshaping its logistics network across all Regions to support the business needs of our Maisons.
Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Resilience, Operational and costs efficiency are the key drivers for a successful logistics transformation across Regions.
In this context, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Project Manager with a strong track record in delivering strategic, tactic and cross-functional projects within logistics operations.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As a Senior Logistics Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing large-scale logistics transformation projects, aligned with the Group Logistics Strategy. You will oversee the implementation of logistics capabilities across multiple Regions, optimize end-to-end logistics operations, enhance the logistics network, and drive efficient distribution strategies.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project leadership: Lead and manage strategic and/or transversal logistics projects, such as transitioning warehouse operations to 3PL, integrating new tools and systems (e.g. WMS) within logistics operations, activating and/or optimizing logistics capabilities. Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to Richemont Exco
- End-to-end optimization and continuous improvement: Identify opportunities for operational excellence across multiple distribution centers, focusing on enhancing the entire end-to-end logistics process. Drive speed, efficiency, productivity, cost reduction and quality improvements by optimizing supply chain processes, increasing visibility, streamlining workflows, and implementing innovative solutions that improve overall performance of our logistics flows
- Change management: Lead and facilitate change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions within logistics operations during capability deployments, process improvements, new tools or system implementation and operational transformations. This includes assessing how changes will affect on-the-ground operations, processes, and organizational structures, centrally and locally, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal integration across all areas. - Scoping and implementation: Define project scope, develop business cases, and build project plans. Coordinate and drive implementation with the Regions, communicate status, risks, and organizational changes to senior management, while adhering to our project management methodology and governance
- Stakeholder engagement: Align internal and external stakeholders with Group Logistics and Maison supply chain strategies, project goals, and KPIs
- Risk management: Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure resilience of the supply chain network
- Benchmarking & innovation: Conduct logistics benchmarking and facilitate the integration of competitive tools, processes, or methodologies within the logistics organization
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You hold a Master-s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, and have at least 10-15 years of experience in senior logistics management, including project/program management in a fast-paced, international, multi-functional environment. Your experience may also include consulting, enabling you to quickly adapt to various situations, navigate complexity with actionable insights, and guide decision-making with senior management and stakeholders. Additionally, you have substantial hands-on experience in logistics operations, enabling you to effectively understand and manage practical impacts of process and system changes.
- Autonomy and strategic thinking: You are self-driven, organized, and can handle tight deadlines in high-stress environments. You develop a broad perspective and a forward-thinking approach, ensuring that your projects align with strategic goals and effectively meet business needs
- Communication and leadership: You demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills, effectively managing cross-functional teams and driving stakeholder engagement. You stand out for your team spirit and strength of persuasion
- Technical expertise: You are proficient with logistics systems such as WMS, ERP (preferably SAP), and supply chain optimization tools, and you are skilled in leveraging data analytics for processes evaluation and performance improvement
- Change management: You have extensive experience in managing change within large-scale logistics transformations projects and programs, and operational impacts of these changes. You excel at guiding teams through transitions, ensuring that changes are implemented effectively across both strategic and operational levels
- Languages: You are fluent in English, and French as a strong plus. Additional language skills is an asset
- Travel: You are ready to travel approximately 25% of your time according to projects needs
