Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver complex, often cross-border deal advisory engagements for corporate clients, private equity investors and family offices
  • Financial Due Diligence: Take ownership of and manage buy-side and sell-side due diligence workstreams (responsibility for delivering the Financial Due Diligence and coordinating other due diligence workstreams).
  • M&A Advisory: Lead and coordinate end-to-end M&A projects (transaction preparation, indicative valuation, drafting of LOIs, coordination of due diligence workstreams and data room, as well as negotiation support and advice).
  • Valuation & Financial Modelling: Perform valuations and fairness opinions and develop integrated business and financial models.
  • Client and Practice Development: Support the development of client relationships, originate new opportunities and mentor junior colleagues.

Your profil:

  • Manager: 6+ years’ experience in international Deal or Transaction Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions (Big 4 or Next 6 firm, transaction advisory boutique and/or corporate M&A environment).
  • Senior Manager: 9+ years’ experience in international Deal or Transaction Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions (Big 4 or Next 6 firm, transaction advisory boutique and/or corporate M&A environment), ideally with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary, cross-border transaction projects and teams.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CFA, CPA or ACA is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel/modelling and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with and practical experience using innovative transaction-related tools such as Capital IQ, Inven and OpenAI-based applications supporting transaction work.
  • Fluent in German and English (both required); additional languages are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, flexibility, integrity and proficient project manager with a client-first approach
