We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to support our fast global growth.

Tasks
As the senior operations/back-office manager, you will be responsible for managing the operations/back-office team composed of 3 people (including you), but also taking in charge yourself daily operational activities (60-80% of time).

Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the proper settlement and booking of securities, cash and digital assets transactions (trades, deposits/withdrawals, transfers, income - input, fees, taxes, reversals, etc.); investigate and solve breaks; coordinate with the “Trading” team
Perform daily reconciliations (positions+transactions); investigate and solve breaks
Process corporate actions and crypto actions (e.g., staking)
Manage the security master file
Manage the relationship with correspondent banks and brokers
Input and verify transactions according to the 4 eyes principle; comply with travel rule
Ensure proper accounting and book-keeping in the middleware and the core banking system; coordinate with the “Finance & Risk” team
Help the “Client” and the “Compliance” teams to manage properly the client master file
Configure and ensure proper bookings of fees
Produce regulatory reports (trade reporting, transaction reporting, derivatives reporting)
Produce tax reports
Produce stamp tax reports
Produce analytics and management reports
Produce client reports (e.g., tax statements, portfolio reports)
Work in close collaboration with the IT team to improve the platform and correct bugs, test new features as a business user
Support the team in various administrative activities and participate in various projects and initiatives.

Requirements
Master’s degree in business administration, economics, banking or accounting
Min. 10 years of work experience in back-offices of regulated financial institutions (e.g., bank, securities firm or asset manager) and/or fintech
Min. 3 years of work experience in managing a small team (3-5 people)
Excellent transversal knowledge and expertise in back-office operations for banks and/or securities broker dealers
Preferably, a solid knowledge and expertise in crypto currencies and blockchain; strong interests a must
Excellent organizational skills and strong sense of ownership, including strong ability to maintain and monitor task lists, organize work among team members, write procedures, etc.
Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills
Autonomous, dynamic, sharp, attention to details, pragmatic, curious, hands-on and result-oriented
Fluent in English.
