Senior Process Engineer

Description

You will own and develop core unit processes for a silicon nitride photonics platform, ensuring manufacturability, yield, and process robustness.

Develop, qualify, and document unit processes across lithography, thin film deposition, etching, and back-end processing
Lead end-to-end engineering projects of increased complexity, providing technical direction to engineers
Maintain process specifications, set SPC control limits, design DoE experiments, and interpret capability data
Investigate process excursions to root cause and implement corrective actions through change management
Transfer newly developed unit processes to volume production and support ramp-up activities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the Quality Management System

University or HES degree in Materials Science, Microengineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
Several years of experience leading complex semiconductor or photonic process engineering projects
Deep expertise in process development, statistical process control (SPC), designed experiments (DoE), metrology, and failure analysis
Rigorous cleanroom discipline and hands-on familiarity with fab environments
Strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate across local and remote teams
Working proficiency in English required; French is a plus
