Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Investments (Caribbean)

Your Purpose :
We are seeking a high-caliber, dedicated PMO Lead / Senior Project Manager to oversee a strategic infrastructure investment project in the Caribbean, while establishing governance and execution discipline across current and future projects in the investment pipeline.
This role carries full accountability for project delivery, spanning finance, construction, commercial, operational, HR, regulatory, and stakeholder dimensions. The successful candidate will act as the single point of coordination and control between investors, contractors, operators, lenders, and government stakeholders.

ASSIGNED MISSION
-Establish and lead a project management system, including governance, reporting, controls, and KPIs.
-Drive end-to-end execution of major infrastructure projects, from development through construction and into operations.
-Oversee construction delivery and project financials, including budgets, cash flow, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, lender requirements, and reporting.
-Lead commercial and contract management, supplier, and concession PPP agreements.
-Ensure operational readiness and handover, including systems, staffing, and procedures.
-Coordinate HR and workforce planning, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and effective contractor management.
-Identify and manage project risks across technical, financial, regulatory, ESG, and political dimensions.
-Provide PMO oversight and execution support for additional projects in the development funnel.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, or related field.
-15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or real asset projects.
-Demonstrated leadership of complex, capital-intensive projects with multiple stakeholders.
-Strong experience across construction, project finance, commercial contracts, and operations.

OTHER SKILLS USEFUL FOR THE POSITION
-Master’s degree preferred.
-Experience in emerging markets and/or the Caribbean region strongly preferred.
-PMP / PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
