Senior Salesforce Consultant

This is a pivotal role for a passionate expert who thrives in a collaborative, business-focused environment and wants to act as both a technical reference and a strategic consultant.

DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION

• Act as the technical point of contact and subject-matter expert for the platform,
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, handling complex incidents,
• Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements, pain points, improvement,
• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce tools (Apex, Flows, Builder-),
• Ensure technical solutions align with best practices and business vision
• Actively participate in workshops, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization
• Continuously monitor platform performance and suggest relevant enhancements.

PROFIL ATTENDU

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally with a focus on support and field service processes
• Strong skills in configuration/custom development (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows)
• Comfortable in stakeholder-facing roles, able to build trust and credibility
• Able to bridge technical expertise with business needs
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
