Senior Service Now Engineer

• data model adaptions in ServiceNow
• domain separation and cross-domain reuse
• service automation alongside instantiation
• the integration of external automation frameworks and data stores
• portal generation based on business service portfolios and external UX design
• reporting and service dashboards in particular for billing and monitoring

Advanced knowledge of:

• object orientated design methods

Additional desired experience with:

• microservice architectures
• Python programming
• SQL - and graph databases

Skills Must have:

• 5 years of ServiceNow education
• Flexibility and great adaptability
• Self-organizing and responsible (agile mindset)
• Very good level of written and spoken English
• Ability to work in cross-cultural environments
• Agile methodology experience

Skills Nice to have:

• German/French are assets
