Job Description
- Manage inbound and outbound transactions for global inventory locations, including returns.
- Analyze and resolve process and technical issues (e.g., Idocs errors) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and root cause analysis for discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and internal standards (SOX, AFCM, customs).
- Support product launches, extensions, discontinuations, and special promotions.
- Coordinate international orders with affiliates, distributors, and manufacturing plants.
- Host and manage regular meetings with global stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Assist in setting team priorities, handling escalations, and planning resources.
- Act as deputy for the manager on functional topics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain roles within multinational organizations.
- Proven experience in project coordination, ideally with SAP implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to integrate quickly into new structures and adapt to change.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech sectors preferred.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements.
