Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and related corporate entities.
• Ensure full legal, regulatory and tax compliance for all administered structures.
• Draft, review and approve trust documentation, resolutions, minutes and banking instructions.
• Liaise with banks, asset managers, lawyers, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor financial transactions, distributions, contributions and asset movements.
• Prepare periodic reports for clients and internal management.
• Develop strong client relationships and provide proactive service and guidance.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members when required.
• Contribute to internal projects such as process optimization or system migrations.

The Successful Applicant

Candidate Profile

• 5-7+ years' experience as Senior Trust Officer or in a similar fiduciary/wealth structuring role.
• Strong knowledge of offshore structures (trusts, foundations, companies) and regulatory frameworks (AML/KYC, due diligence, FATCA/CRS).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Languages: fluent French and English.
• STEP/TEP qualification is a strong asset.
