What You'll get: An agile career and a dynamic work culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance What You'll Do: Leading, assessing, coaching and developing employees Embodying our Culture of Safety, Quality, personal development and constant learning and improvement Setting priorities and prioritising resources to meet deadlines Participation in the investigation of deviations and improvement projects Guarantee of security, GMP compliance etc. Creation and timely implementation of training plans Comparison of cross-company process steps (relationships, dependencies, processes) Administrative tasks such as managing shift handovers, inspections and creating instructions What we're looking for: Several years of professional experience as a shift leader, deputy or system specialist in pharmaceutical, chemical or biotech production Ideal candidates will have a chemical/biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or equivalent training, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience will also be taken into account. Structured, focused and organized way of working, solution oriented, assertive and motivated, working independently with a flexible and resilient mentality Extensive knowledge of production processes and interrelationships in a large production area with detailed knowledge of all process steps, systems and high attention for Safety and Quality Proficiency in English (written and oral), German would be an advantage Commitment to work in shift (4-shift system) Every day, Lonza-s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
