Software Engineer Backend - trading infrastructure

Description

Your role will include:

Conduct the actual development of the solution
Help team Lead to Design new APIs and database models
Document the architecture design, business test scenarios based on business needs
Contribute to code review, code testing (Junit + E2E) and manual testing in pre-production environment
Contribute in analyzing and fixing Level3 Support
Doing deployment up to production

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor in Computer Science with 5+ years of Java experience
Strong expertise with java (8 - 21), Spring, SpringBoot, Hibernate/JPA, Maven
Experience working with event-driven applications, ideally with RabbitMQ or Kafka
Experience with Docker, Jenkins, Github
Strong interest in financial industry mechanisms, working experience in the securities trading domain is an asset
Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
Good communication skills
Team player, rigorous and autonomous
Fluent in English, French is an asset
