Support the Business Unit Directors to implement strategy in order to provide quality and timely service to customers. Develop standard operating procedures and work instructions, including periodic reviews and updates. Manage continuous operational process improvement for Supply Chain teams (Logistic, Procurement, Planning, Technical Support). Ensure client demands and contractual obligations are met. Oversee order fulfillment management and issue resolutions. Manage staff and team performance at global level and individual level. Maintain an on-boarding and training program for team and new hires.

Profil recherché

Bachelor's Degree in procurement, supply chain or engineering, with knowledge of APICS and ERP Practices. Experience supporting Orders Management in international (Mechanical preferred) business, ideally B to B. Fluent in French and English, other languages a plus. Experience in managing staff and strong project leadership is required.
