Specialist - Non-Grant Procurement Management
Your mission
You will lead and manage procurement activities funded by non-grant sources, ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven delivery of health and non-health products across multiple stakeholders.
You will play a key role in shaping procurement processes, managing risk, and coordinating internal and external partners to support impactful global supply operations.
Your responsibilities
Manage procurement orders end-to-end, ensuring compliance with operational, legal, and financial requirements
Oversee the portfolio of procurement activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, risk, operations)
Lead demand and supply planning inputs and monitor execution performance
Drive onboarding and transaction management for buyers and partners
Identify and mitigate risks across procurement operations
Lead process improvement initiatives and support continuous optimization
Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a key point of contact for complex procurement topics
Contribute to reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
Your profile
Degree in public health, business, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management in public sector / global health
Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, and cross-functional coordination
Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Experience working in complex, matrix organizations
Solid understanding of risk management (legal, operational, financial)
Experience in international environments, with public sector procurement is a strong asset
Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented and pragmatic approach
Fluent in English; French or another language is an advantage
