Description
We are currently looking for our campus SHMS Caux for a:
Steward (W/M/X)
Responsibilities:
• Daily cleaning of equipment, materials, and kitchen facilities
• Assist the chef with requisitions and storage of kitchen goods
• Assist the kitchen team with the preparation of basic raw materials
• Clean machinery and fridges following HACCP regulations
• Control the proper functioning of kitchen equipment and report issues
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of work experience
• Excellent knowledge of French/English
• Patient, organized, and flexible
