Store Agent Jumper (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Provide competent advice on smartphones, subscriptions, and accessories
• Handle service and repair requests quickly with a customer-oriented approach
• Contribute to a welcoming store environment
• Manage stock, inventory, and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or equivalent experience, ideally in telecommunications or multimedia
• Passion for technology and modern communication solutions
• Friendly demeanor, customer-oriented mindset, and enthusiasm for sales
• Reliable, committed, and a team player
• Excellent knowledge of French required; good knowledge of English also required; German and other languages are an advantage
• Willingness to work at different locations with approximately 50% travel
