You are at ease with supervising retail construction sites & managing architecture projects.

What are we expecting from you?
Reporting to the Store Design Planning Senior Manager Europe-CIS and in collaboration with the regional and local departments, you are supporting the Maison network growth. You are responsible for managing store openings & refurbishments projects across the Europe region, in line with the defined timings, budgets and Maison quality standards.
This role is based in Geneva, within the Retail Store Design Planning team for Europe-CIS.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to the following ones:
Project management
- Participate in the project brief with the Markets teams to align on business ambitions
- Nourish & update the project planning & budget throughout the project phases and inform all teams at Regional, HQ and market levels
- Follow-up on project validation as per the Maison process
- Adapt the project layout considering the local Retail needs and building constraints
- Ensure all necessary steps to get the local permits, insurance & documentation needed for the project
- Follow the construction phases with local architects, guaranteeing Maison quality and HQ plans
- Proactively manage the collaboration with the millworker and materiel concept suppliers to ensure a good transmission of each project objectives and respect of the design guidelines
- Manage the tender process in line with Richemont compliance guidelines (furniture & millwork)
- Build strong collaboration and communication with all Marketing & Communication, VM and Logistic teams, in order to ensure an efficient boutique opening process
- Plan market visits in collaboration with Maintenance & Budget project manager to be aware of the boutique status and network evolution
- With Finance team, estimate the CAPEX for projects and ensure the budget follow-up and landing
Reporting and coordination
- Build a strong & professional collaboration with HQ Store Design & Planning department to ensure a good development of the projects
- Ensure the collaboration with local Retail teams in Markets to foster real teamwork on the Store Planning projects
- Be aware of and understand the local restrictions related to Finance/IT/security topics to open operational boutiques
- Build some reporting files for HQ Store Design & Planning teams as well as for other regions, to get best practices files and data bases
