 About the Role

p>As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the field of substitution therapy in Switzerland. Your role will be to build strong networks, engage with healthcare professionals, and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals while addressing the needs of patients and medical institutions.
 Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strong network with addiction treatment clinics, harm reduction centers, medical institutions, and pharmaciesEstablish long-term partnerships and identify new key stakeholdersImplement a strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and the needs of healthcare professionals and patientsDeliver approved product and therapy-related promotional materials and activitiesIndependently plan, organize, and execute promotional eventsConduct market and competitor analysis to develop strategic approachesRepresent the company at regional and national congressesProvide industry insights to optimize activities, investments, and commercial performance.
  Your Profile

University degree in life sciences or equivalentSeveral years of experience in pharmaceutical sales in the Swiss marketEstablished network of healthcare professionals within the sales territoryStrong knowledge of the local pharmaceutical industry, distribution channels, and healthcare system
Experience and understanding of clinical practices in substitution therapyÂ
