Your mission:

As Strategy & Business Development Manager, you will help shape and drive the strategic direction, guide corporate decisions and foster key partnerships. The Strategy & Business Development Manager supports the Head of Strategy & Business Development in shaping and executing strategic initiatives as directed by the Executive Board and Board of Directors.

Your tasks:

- Drive Skyguide's long-term vision and support the implementation of Skyguide's Corporate Strategy in line with industry standards and organisational goals
- Connect corporate strategy with key processes such as portfolio management, financial planning, risk management, compliance management and oversee the Strategy performance 
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to foster decision making and alignment of strategies and governance 
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth
- Act as a center of excellence and information hub across the corporation 
- Develop and execute new business models to enhance services, customer engagement, and financial stability 
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to support strategic choices

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific or business field
- Relevant experience in strategy, consulting, business development, preferably in the aviation or transportation sector but not mandatory
- Development and execution of business transformations paired with project management abilities 
- Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
- Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German and/or French
