We are recruiting for our Pre-Analytical team in our Central Laboratory and are currently
seeking to hire a Supervisor to help support the team in the day to day coordination of the

About the Job

The Team Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of the
Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services department to ensure the successful implementation of
the Global Pre-Analytical Services strategy, structures, processes, and metrics in order to
deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.
1. Workload/Capacity Management: Responsible for planning and forecasting day-to-day
and future workload resource demands in Sample Services to maximize production efficiency
and to ensure samples are processed in accordance to business expectations.
a. Reviews daily and future workload requirements to determine daily resource needs and#
b. Creates daily production schedules and communicates assignments among all involved
c. Monitors and tracks overall work activity and makes adjustments as needed.
d. Ensures that normal and overtime costs are in alignment with stated goals.
2. Performance Metrics: Assist and support management in the development and
implementation of global processes and procedures, and performance metrics.
a. Participate in the Specimen Management or Laboratory Pre-Analytical Services tasks
related to strategy, planning, budgeting
b. Ensure new processes are developed and monitored
c. Track, monitor, and report metrics in the agreed upon timelines
3. Process Excellence: Instills a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity
a. Propose innovative ideas to improve the processes in place
b. Lead local PEx and non-PEx Projects
4. Customer management: Ensures internal customers satisfaction and participates in
business development/client facing activities
a. Ensures all service failures are identified, tracked and resolved in a timely manner. Take
preventative action to ensure that the same service failure(s) does not occur again.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will need to hold a CFC
