Our Client, a multinational specialised  in luxury goods, is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support a key Inventory Rationalisation Project.

Supply Chain Analyst

Job Purpose

  • The Supply Chain Analyst provides support within the team for Sales and Operation Planning related activities. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing effective analytics and reporting with particular emphasis on product rationalisations.
  • The role will be responsible for developing analytical tools to benefit the department.
  • Planning of work will be done on a priority basis to ensure key deliverables are met in line with objectives.
  • There will be ad hoc requests from other departments (Customer Service/EMEA Plan), or initiatives undertaken in the department. In such cases, work is prioritised in order of urgency and effect on the business.

You would be involved with and responsible for:

  • Provide overview of product rationalisations and timings to key Sales and Marketing Stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain compliant processes regarding Equipment inventory.
  • Develop tool to monitor and report product rationalisations.
  • Provide Project status updates to the Sales and Marketing organisation.
  • Complete new product set ups when required.
  • Maintain Master Data.
  • Work in collaboration with the S&OP Coordinator with regards to forecast updates.
  • Ensure business processes are followed regarding ownership.

Essential skills/experience:

  • Good supply chain background, demonstrating knowledge of supply chain principles (3 to 5 years relevant experience in SC analysis)
  • Analytical ability - proven aptitude for systems work
  • Good knowledge of Word, Access and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, committed to both the team and individual success.
  • Displays initiative and is fully accountable.
  • Thrives in challenging and pressurised environment.
  • Experience with SAP
  • English & French fluent  
  • Fully available for an immediate start
