Job Description

  • Create and manage purchase orders using ERP (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Optimize truck/container load plans while respecting supply constraints
  • Monitor and resolve supply issues, including delays and backorders
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Product teams
  • Support the launch of new and replacement items
  • Ensure accuracy of planning data and master data
  • Drive continuous improvement of planning tools and processes

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in retail or FMCG
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset
  • Proficient in Excel; Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics are a plus
  • Experience with operational planning and prioritization
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
