• Educated (or being educated) in Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Experience using robotic total stations and GNSS rovers
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a nice to have
• Able to analyze ideas, goals, and challenges, to then derive well-structured and relevant actions
• Strong communication skills, to both understand others and also have others understand you
