As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment to attract top talent aligned with the values and mission of our client. You'll partner with hiring managers and promote employer brand while ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Talent Acquisition Specialist (12-month Fixed-Term)

Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding).
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, evaluation criteria, and selection processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across functions and markets.
  • Conduct structured interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through networking, social media, and talent platforms.
  • Champion Volleyball World's employer brand through engaging content and participation in events.
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with managers and the People & Culture team to ensure a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the process.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar or equivalent training/qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within an international or sports environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and organized - you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) other language an asset.
