Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and business-oriented Data & Analytics professional to join a dynamic, cross-functional environment at a global organization. In this role, you will work at the intersection of IT, HR, and data teams to shape and support scalable data architecture strategies that enable advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.

You will play a key role in translating business needs into practical data solutions, ensuring robust governance, security, and performance across the full data lifecycle—from ingestion to consumption. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives involving modern data platforms (including AWS and Snowflake), while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.

Key Responsibilities - Partner with IT and HR teams, including architects, analysts, and key stakeholders, to translate business requirements into an effective data architecture strategy and operating model
- Support the design and implementation of analytics solutions to extract insights from large structured and unstructured datasets
- Contribute to the development of scalable data architectures ensuring reliability, performance, security, and scalability across the full data lifecycle (from ingestion to consumption)
- Work with modern data platforms, including AWS and Snowflake environments
- Support data governance initiatives by maintaining documentation, policies, and controls (e.g., data tagging, auditing, and security practices) to ensure compliant and secure data management
- Document data workflows, processes, and lifecycle management to enable consistent execution across teams
- Develop and structure use cases for advanced analytics (e.g., modeling, NLP/ML, data visualization) to support analysts and data scientists
- Prepare clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Support project management activities, including tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and coordinating cross-functional delivery


Skills & Qualifications Must Have

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of data and advanced analytics concepts

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to data architecture and data governance frameworks
  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
