Our client is a fast-growing Geneva-based startup committed to innovation and excellence. We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support for their daily operations at 50%.

Team Assistant at 50%

Our client is a small IT company.

Missions

  • Invoicing & Payments
    • Issue invoices and ensure timely payment of supplier invoices.
  • Contract Management
    • Assist with tracking contracts and managing renewals (equipment, licenses, etc.).
  • Office Management
    • Handle incoming calls on the main line.
    • Manage office supplies and refreshments (coffee, tea).
    • Organize occasional internal events.
  • Personal Assistance
    • Provide day-to-day organizational support to the management team.

Profil du candidat

  • Previous experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Conditions et Avantages

Part time role at 50%.
