About Our Client
Our client is a small IT company.
Job Description
Invoicing & Payments
- Issue invoices and ensure timely payment of supplier invoices.
Contract Management
- Assist with tracking contracts and managing renewals (equipment, licenses, etc.).
Office Management
- Handle incoming calls on the main line.
- Manage office supplies and refreshments (coffee, tea).
- Organize occasional internal events.
Personal Assistance
- Provide day-to-day organizational support to the management team.
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
What's on Offer
