Description
Are you passionate about education, coordination, and leading people? Swiss Exams is looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join our Exam Operations as a Team Leader for Exam Staff Coordination Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead a team of three responsible for coordinating exam staff across all exam types: Cambridge, Goethe, TCF, IELTS, CFA across whole Switzerland.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of supervisors, invigilators, and speaking examiners.
- Ensure compliance with each exam board’s procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor exam day operations and provide real-time support to staff.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to ensure smooth exam delivery and continuous improvement.
Your Profile
- Preferably a Bachelor`s degree, or KV with experience, HF/FH
- Fluent in English AND German (CEFR level C1) is a must
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent people skills – you enjoy working with others, building relationships, and motivating teams.
- Ideally experience in team leadership or coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
