Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Technical Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing strong, lasting relationships with our diverse clientele and expanding Kidan's footprint through strategic sales and account management. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical understanding, sales acumen, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Foster and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring sustained satisfaction and trust. Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, enhancing data accuracy and streamlining communication.
Effective Product Presentation: Proficiently present Kidan's IT management and security products and solutions, leveraging in-depth knowledge and communication skills to meet client needs.
Business Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through strategic business generation activities. Develop personalized, targeted sales tactics to maximize impact.
Customized Customer Solutions: Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer needs, offering tailored product and solution recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
Strategic Reporting: Implement periodic reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) for higher management, providing insights into business performance and team dynamics.
Sales Opportunity Generation: Create new sales opportunities within the existing customer base, ensuring the continued adoption and expansion of Kidan's portfolio.
Contract and Renewal Management: Manage account renewals, negotiating contracts to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Kidan's departments, ensuring a cohesive approach to meeting client needs and delivering comprehensive solutions.

Requirements
Strong understanding of IT management and security principles, capable of discussing technical concepts and solutions.
Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on customer relationship building and business development.
Exceptional sales skills, with a history of successfully identifying and growing client accounts.
Fluent in English, French, and German; Italian is a bonus.
Skilled in the use of CRM systems for account management and sales tracking.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach, dedicated to exceeding client expectations and fostering long-term relationships.
