As a Technical Coordinator at Nespresso, your mission is to help deliver an exceptional after-sales service experience by coordinating technical knowledge, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across our service network. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with Customer Relationship Center teams, Sales teams, Boutique Technical Support teams, repair centers, logistics partners, outsourcers, and technical specialists. How you’ll make an impact as a Technical Coordinator
• Creating and continuously updating training materials for machines, processes, and technical topics, ensuring our teams are equipped with the right knowledge and ready to support new product launches.
• Delivering engaging training sessions and coaching for internal and external stakeholders, helping build confidence and technical expertise across both B2C and B2B activities.
• Acting as a trusted point of contact for repair centers, outsourcers, and internal teams, supporting the resolution of technical questions, special cases, and operational challenges.
• Connecting people across multiple departments and partners, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and alignment to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Analyzing operational and customer service indicators, identifying root causes, spotting improvement opportunities, and contributing to better performance across the after-sales service network.
• Supporting the continuous improvement of repair and after-sales processes to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What will make you successful
• Bringing initial experience in a technical, customer service, training, or operational environment, together with a genuine interest in learning and developing your technical expertise.
• Applying a structured and organized approach to your work, with the ability to manage priorities independently, follow procedures, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital tools confidently to create training materials, analyze information, and support day-to-day activities.
• Building strong relationships with ease, communicating confidently with a variety of stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing, and feeling comfortable working across multiple teams and functions.
• Communicating fluently in French and German with good understanding of English.
