Technical Support Specialist – very good english

Responsibilities

• Ticketing system management
• First level technical support
• Manage and maintain all office IT infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with technical service providers
• Manage and run technical service remotely or on-site
• Work with global teams and international clients

Your Profile

• IT Education
• Very good knowledge of English
• German will be an important plus
• Previous experience in IT field and in technical support to users
• Knowledge in telecommunication and IT field
• Knowledge of Windows server, backup system and office network
• Customer oriented
• Strong communication kills
• Open and flexible attitude
• Precise and detail-oriented person
• Problem solving oriented
• Willing to work in a team
• Preferably Swiss resident
