Your Responsibilities

• You plan and deliver technical training for service technicians, customers and internal employees
• You design, update, and optimize technical training materials
• You develop innovative didactic tools (simulators, practical training aids) to explain complex technical topics
• You implement and further develop digital training solutions (e-learning, video learning, blended learning)
• You work closely with project management, technical departments and the documentation team
• You conduct needs analysis for technical and product-related training
• You support customers in the field by solving technical issues (troubleshooting)
• You manage technical training projects in coordination with internal teams and external partners

Your Profile

• You have completed training as a vehicle mechanic / diagnostic technician or hold an equivalent technical qualification
• You possess strong knowledge of combustion engines and electronics
• You hold a qualification in adult education or have proven experience in structured technical teaching
• You are proficient in project management principles and tools
• You are comfortable with digital tools and understand blended learning concepts
• You are open to occasionally travel internationally
• You are fluent in English and German. French is an asset
