Temporary MDM Coordinator (m/f/x)

Objective

As a temporary MDM Coordinator, you will be part of an international Master Data team within a leading company in the premium cigar industry. You will support the maintenance and quality assurance of master data in SAP, contributing to the smooth and efficient execution of business processes.

Responsibilites

• Maintain and update master data in SAP (materials, vendors, customers)
• Ensure compliance according to internal data quality and governance guidelines
• Conduct regular data cleansing and enrichment activities to improve data integrity
• Train users on processes and tools
• Support MDM-related projects, including data migrations and functions rollouts
• Analyze and resolve data-related issues, escalating complex cases as neededAssist with process documentation

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with SAP Master Data Management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP S/4 Hana, especially in CORE master data-related modules like Sales, Purchasing and Production
• Solid understanding of master data objects (materials, vendors, customers, BOMs)
• Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking
• Experience with workflow tools to create master data is a plus
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured and independent working style
• Accurate, structured, and independent work style
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
