Test Lead

Your Commitment will include
Define, organize, and supervise complex test campaigns (SIT, UAT, migration validation) ensuring full coverage of all releases and business-critical scenarios.
Establish and continuously improve the test strategy and methodology for large migration programs.
Report test progress and risks at executive and steering committee level, ensuring transparent communication to stakeholders, partners, and business lines.
Coordinate test activities across multiple streams and suppliers, ensuring alignment between development, infrastructure, and business validation teams.
Develop and maintain the test catalogue and test automation strategy (Xray, Jira, Karate, Cucumber).
Guarantee test readiness and quality gates across all phases, including regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Foster collaboration with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to ensure traceability from requirements to defects.

Achieving the difference requires
Several years of hands-on experience in Test Management or Quality Assurance, including large-scale migration or transformation projects.
Solid background in stakeholder and vendor management, with the ability to report at executive level and align expectations between business and IT.
Demonstrated success in leading test teams, establishing testing frameworks, and ensuring test governance in complex environments.
Strong proficiency in Jira and Xray, with practical knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Karate, Cucumber) and SQL.
Highly analytical and structured, with a results-driven mindset, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.
Fluent in French with a very good command of English.
Thrives under pressure and consistently delivers in dynamic, high-stakes environments.
