On behalf of one of our clients based in Geneva, we are recruiting a Third Party Risk Taskforce Manager with a positive mindset, a passion for their work, and a strong team spirit. Ready for your next professional challenge? Then this opportunity is made for you!

Responsibilities:

As a Third Party Risk Taskforce Manager you review and propose improvement to current design and documentation of the end-to-end TPRM framework (standards, procedures, risk, policy). You review existing risk-tieing of the vendor inventory for all material third parties. Moreover, you complete due diligence processes and coordinate risk and outsourcing assessment. In addition, you develop and execute the supplier action plan. You, also support tool configuration, you create KPI dashboard and BoD reporting template. You analyse contract and SLA gap, you coordinate with Legal on remidation requirements.

Profile :

• Bachelor in IT
• At least 5 years experience in a similar position
• Experience designing and deploying an OUtsourcing/TPRM
• Experience with stakeholders
• Good knowledge in FINMA outsourcing requirements (Circular 2023/1, Banking Act Art.11), data protection legislation and CSSF DORA legislation
• Good knowledge in Power BI and advance Excel
• French AND English fluent
