Job Description
- Provide administrative support for the planning and delivery of training sessions and learning programmes
- Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, participant registrations, invitations, and venue arrangements (virtual and in-person)
- Prepare and format training materials, presentations, and reports to a high standard
- Maintain accurate training records, databases, and attendance tracking
- Act as a point of contact for participants, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner
- Take clear and structured notes during training sessions or meetings when required
- Support post-training activities, including feedback collection and reporting
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams and external providers
The Successful Applicant
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in training, HR, or events
- Excellent English skills, particularly in written communication and document preparation
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent note-taking and documentation abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured and autonomous manner
