Training Officer

We are currently looking for a Training Officer for one of our clients in the tobacco industry.
The Training Officer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, who can effectively assess training needs and create engaging learning experiences.DAILY BUSINESS

• Conduct training sessions for employees on various topics
• Utilize multimedia tools and technology to enhance training delivery and engagement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and feedback.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and equipment preparation.
• Collaborate with external training providers and vendors as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

• Language capabilities in two or three of the Swiss national languages (French, German, Italian)
• Training competences with a professional certificate
• Communication and organizational skills (e.g. if need to book meeting rooms)
• Be located in Switzerland and mobile across the country
