Our client is seeking a organized and service-oriented Training Operations Assistant to support training activities across the EMEA region. This position plays a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs, both virtual and in-person, and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Missions

  • Coordinate sessions annually across various formats and locations (virtual, training centers, regional partners, and in-company).
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and participants, providing expert guidance on training offerings, policies, and administrative support (, visa letters, certificates).
  • Manage the logistics, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and visa applications.
  • Oversee the preparation and shipment of training materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with customs procedures.
  • Liaise with venues to ensure optimal setup and delivery of training sessions.
  • Serve as the regional coordinator for assigned training partners, offering scheduling advice and operational support to enhance course performance.
  • Support financial processes, including fee collection, debt follow-up, and coordination with Finance and Credit teams.
  • Develop and close commercial leads for in-company training contracts.
  • Contributetospecialprojects,such as:
    • Developing SOPs and onboarding kits
    • Managing instructor contracts and task orders in SAP
    • Supporting LMS operations and participant feedback
    • Organizing team events and managing inventory

Profil du candidat

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment.
  • Resilient under pressure, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP and LMS platforms is an asset.
  • Demonstrated sales and service orientation, with a passion for delivering high-quality training experiences.

Conditions et Avantages
