You will work hand in hand with the travel agency provider and manager the processing of all events and travel requests for the staff. You will ensure all arrangements for travel, visa, accomodation (hotels), transportation and workshops. All the travel requests will be registered in the ERP, you will store ad file all the travel documentation You will process expense and reimbursement claims (calculation and expenses) You will provide travel and hospitality logistics locally for visitors to Headquarters You will facilitate logistical elements of events, conferences, workshops and meetings. You understand and comply with all relevant company policies

Profil recherché

You are bilingual English and French You have between 3 to 10 years of experience in a travel agency, as an assistant or inhouse. You are result oriented and have strong negotiation skills. IT Literate and competent user of Microsoft packages Excellent customer service skills Confident communication skills written and verbal
