CONTEXT
In alignment with Group strategy, Richemont Group Treasury department provides best practices and expertise in treasury, risk, financial processing services & solutions to Group operations, while ensuring adherence to Group Finance governance. In addition, defines, implements, and follows up the financial strategy in close collaboration with the top management and the shareholders.
As a valued colleague on our team, you will perform all aspects of the day-to-day global cash management operations. This role will also be responsible for leveraging and optimizing treasury technology platforms, including implementing automation solutions, ensuring data integrity across systems, and exploring innovative fintech solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cash management processes.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting to the Cash Manager in the Group Treasury, this role will be responsible for:
- Support and optimize daily cash management processes, leveraging Treasury Management System (TMS) functionalities and automation tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of treasury operations, adhering to policies and procedures, with a focus on system-driven workflows.
- Support cash flow management activities, utilizing data analytics and TMS capabilities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Treasury Operations reporting, leveraging data visualization tools and automated reporting solutions.
- Contribute to Group Treasury initiatives, driving process optimization and standardization through the implementation of technology solutions.
- Explore and experiment with new technologies, such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, to identify potential applications in treasury management.
- Support the integration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Treasury Management System (TMS), banking platforms and other Treasury platforms, acting as a key liaison with IT and vendors.
- Assist with month-end closing and audit trail preparation, leveraging TMS data and automated reconciliation tools.
- Support internal controls audit preparation and ensure compliance with treasury policies, with a focus on automated controls and system security.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain security controls to protect treasury systems and data from cyber threats and fraud.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Business school or University degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics or associated fields
- Minimum 2 years of professionnal experience in a similar position or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- High proficiency in IT tools, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., VBA, Power Query), scripting languages like Python and experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or other automation technologies is an advantage (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
- Understanding of system integration concepts and data flows between financial systems (e.g., ERP, banking platforms).
- Interest for cybersecurity best practices and data protection principles.
- Basic project management skills, with the ability to manage small projects and meet deadlines.
