Description
As a Trust Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies for international private clients. Working closely with senior management and legal/tax advisors, you will ensure full compliance and a high level of service delivery.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administer a portfolio of trusts, foundations, and underlying companies
Liaise with clients, lawyers, tax advisors, banks, and other third parties
Draft minutes, trustee resolutions, and other trust documentation
Process payments, maintain records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping
Monitor compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Support onboarding of new structures and periodic reviews (KYC/AML)
Assist with annual reviews, tax reporting, and audit requests
Profile
Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in trust administration in Switzerland or a comparable jurisdiction
Solid understanding of trust and company structures, including regulatory and tax aspects
Fluent in English (written and spoken); French or other languages are an asset
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities
Team-oriented with a client-centric mindset
STEP qualification or in progress is a plus
