Trust Administration: Oversee the administration of trust accounts, including the establishment, maintenance, and termination of trusts in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for trust-related inquiries, advice, and assistance.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, implementing appropriate risk management controls to mitigate potential issues.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review trust documentation, including trust agreements, deeds, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Asset Management: Collaborate with investment professionals and advisors to develop and implement investment strategies aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across different departments, including legal, tax, and compliance, to deliver integrated solutions and support cross-functional initiatives.
Description du profil
- TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) certification required
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in finance, law, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of trust and estate planning principles, with experience in the LATAM and Brazilian markets preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and trust administration software
