Description du poste

We are looking for one of our client, a trust company based in Geneva, a Trust Officer. You will join a respected and dynamic firm where individuality is valued, and employees are recognized for who they are, beyond just their roles. Responsabilities :

• Manage and administer a diverse portfolio of trusts.
• Build and strengthen relationships with beneficiaries and advisors to ensure a deep understanding of trust objectives and beneficiary needs.
• Support the creation and maintenance of statutory records, including minutes for director and shareholder meetings, as well as trustee resolutions.
• Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with principals and beneficiaries to address matters, escalate complex issues to management, and ensure compliance with trust and organizational policies.

Qualifications and skills :

• A degree-level education, with a STEP Certificate or actively pursuing a STEP Diploma.
• At least five years of relevant experience in trust management.
• Proficient in English, with fluency in additional languages.
• A proactive, challenge-driven individual with enthusiasm for taking on responsibilities and a passion for delivering results.
