MAIN PURPOSE

As a Visual Merchandising intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team to ensure the respect of Brand Image and excellence of Visual Merchandising across all points of sale, and take part to major animations' campaigns.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

• Providing support on guidelines' adaptation and communication to boutiques : seasonal campaigns, rotations, events or clientelling activations
• Create monthly newsletters to remind priorities and support new launches' visibility in our boutiques
• Provide constant support to our VM Ambassadors to improve their displays
• Support key projects with 3D renderings or pictures' editing
• Coordinate the Fragrances animations campaigns : work closely with suppliers, schedule timings with boutiques and distributors
• Ensure all visuals and screens' content respect the annual calendar and align with Marketing/Media strategies
• Ensure the quality of execution of Flowers : consistency with seasonal moodboards and locations
• Assist with display materials needs, deliveries, and inventories
• Support on the development of local tools : display materials, leaflets, labels, furniture
• Support the team during major installations and conduct regular visits
• Keep our database pictures updated, and identify best practices
• Help to animate our VM community

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• Curenttly enrolled in Bachelor or a Masters- degree in a relevant field, Business, Marketing, Design or equivalent
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• At ease with IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, and Photoshop are a must, while InDesign and Illustrator are a nice to have)
• Organized with high attention to details
• Aesthetic eye and affinitiy with the luxury world
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Proactive and quick learner
• Willing to travel in Switzerland
• A previous experience in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
• Available to start in October 2025 for a 6 months duration (until end March 2026)
