Wanted: Caretaker Team (live-in) - Mountain Residence in St. Moritz

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated caretaker team to manage and maintain a luxurious private residence in the stunning Alpine region of St. Moritz, Switzerland.

This is a long-term position, ideal for two professionals who take pride in their work and seek a stable, trustworthy collaboration.

About the Property
The estate is an exclusive mountain villa featuring:

• 5 spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom
• 2 kitchens (main and staff/service)
• Expansive living and lounge areas with fireplace and entertainment rooms
• Full spa & wellness facilities: indoor pool, sauna, steam room, massage room
• Large garage and technical rooms
• Separate guest house
• Landscaped terraces and gardens with outdoor lounge
• Ski room, utility and storage spaces
• Private, secure, and beautifully maintained year-round mountain residence

Responsibilities

The caretaker team will be responsible for the daily upkeep, functionality, and presentation of the property. Tasks can be shared and divided according to skills and experience.

Technical & Maintenance

• Gardening, groundskeeping, and snow removal
• Technical upkeep (pool, heating, lighting systems, etc.)
• General repairs and maintenance
• Coordination of external suppliers and service providers

Housekeeping & Guest Services

• Cleaning and care of luxury interiors
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
• Grocery shopping and pantry organization
• Guest preparation; light cooking is an advantage

Profile

• Valid Swiss work and residence permits (mandatory)
• Proven experience in property management and/or hospitality
• Fluent in English or German (required); Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian a plus
• Discreet, proactive, and trustworthy
• Independent and well-organized work style
• Interest in a long-term and stable role
